My Professional Journey

My journey into health and fitness began in 2005 when I enrolled in the National Personal Training Institute. While working as a personal trainer and business owner, I often received inquiries about trustworthy massage therapists. Seeing this clear need in the wellness community inspired me to expand my expertise. After graduating from massage school, I spent 11 years refining my skills across chiropractic clinics, physical therapy practices, massage spas, and my own fitness studio, a path that ultimately led me to establish my practice in Elmhurst, IL in 2018.
